Another job Well Done by Bushie
“CONFESSED” terrorist David Hicks could be free in less than two years after a plea bargain deal that significantly waters down the case against the al-Qa’ida fighter.
The pre-trial deal, unveiled late last night, sets a maximum jail term of seven years. It does not take into account the five years he has served in Guantanamo Bay since being arrested fleeing coalition forces in Afghanistan. But part of the sentence has been suspended.
Details of the suspension were not available last night but it has been widely accepted that the five years incarceration would be taken into account, meaning his jail term, which he will serve in Australia, could be as little as two years.
Under the terms of the plea deal, the allegations against Hicks to support the charge of providing “material support to terrorism” have been significantly softened. The agreed facts now portray Hicks as a lowly foot soldier with little involvement in the al-Qa’ida hierarchy.
That’s from the Australian, part of the parent company that owns Fox News. The Great Satan put a pfc in prison as an enemy combatant, tortured him into a confession.
What did he confess? I was a private first class in the army of Afghanistan. (and an Australian citizen)
He’ll serve two years, maybe, in his home country. Now that is Justice George Bush style.

I just hope Mr. Hicks get some rights to the screenplay.
The American Dream.
