Few haymakers landed in Obama-Clinton debate
THEHILL-and Barack Obama (D-Ill.) maintained a steady tone of civility throughout their last debate Tuesday night before next week’s critical contests in Texas and Ohio. Neither candidate appeared to score huge political blows, which works to the frontrunner Obama’s political advantage.
Both candidates jumped out of the gate criticizing one another for their campaign tactics, with Clinton taking exception to Obama’s mailers and phone calls attacking the former first lady’s stance on North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA).

Hillary opened up to her powerful inner bitch as predicted, yet still failed to land a blow against B. Hussein Obama.
It is clear now that one of two things is going to happen in the dem contest:
1. Brokered convention with a floor fight over super delegates and those not seated from Florida and Michigan. This would splinter the progressive party beyond repair, or;
2. Hillary concedes defeat at the behest of party leaders thus allowing B. Hussein Obama to go forward against McCain with a ‘united’ party.
Any bets on Hillary backing down from her life long quest to become HBIC of America?

I think Hillary like power more than issues! I do not see her backing down.
I agree with John. Hillary will order that the crew go down with the sinking ship.

Hillary will bow to the will of the party because she can then remain a power player in the Senate. They are ALL CONTROLLED by the party machines and if you want power among the elites you do what you are told to do. She was given her shot, she will back down. Bets anyone?

I think you can bet on Hillary doing whatever it takes to grab more power. If that means that she has to eat humble pie now then she will. Somehow, though, I don’t see her taking the backseat anymore.
