Protectionism, at heart, is anti-poor. The less one has, the less one can afford to pay more than the going market-clearing price.

Protectionism is anti-poor in “protecting” countries, and even more anti-poor in countries suffering from other’s protectionism.

Club for Growth reviewed Huckabee’s record as governor and found it to be liberal relative to tax and spend policies. No ifs about it.

I like Huckabee. He would make a great senatorial candidate against Mark Pryor.

In regards to China, Huckabee would want to see that country start to adopt similar safety, health, labor, and environmental standards that we have in this country.

And China will tell him to piss up a rope and he couldn’t say boo. China can rape our currency and sell their trinkets to India or themselves. China holds all the cards here because we float our prosperity on debt.
