Is Hillary Racist?
This is one of the many topics I will be discussing on WGKA 920 AM as a guest panelist on the new Morning in Atlanta show with Joel Aaron. You can listen to the show online or on the radio, Monday thru Friday between 4:30 and 6:00 AM.
By the way, New York Times columnist Frank Rich seems to think Hillary is. Click here to read: Clinton Camp Guilty Of “Bigoted” Lying?
Joel and I will be taping segments this Tuesday (February 12th) beginning at 7pm at The Buckhead Cigar Club. Join us for the taping and to watch the primary results come in. Click here for directions.

Maybe not a racist, but we now know her high school nickname due to the great in-depth, hard hitting interview by Katie Couric(gag me)…Miss Frigidaire…LOL!

Miss Frigidaire!!! Ouch.
Maybe that explains some of Bill’s extra-marital activities.

Anyone who believes that black people need “affirmative action” in order to operate on a level playing field with the rest of the world is, by definition, racist.

Aubrey: Was your statement true in 1963?
When, if ever, do you think it bacame true?
February 11th, 2008 at 3:52 pm
No group of people have ever been less able than another, whatever the year.
February 11th, 2008 at 4:51 pm
Aubrey: But don’t let your fervent belief in your postion back you into spouting nonsense.
February 12th, 2008 at 9:27 am
Well, let’s examine this nonsense a different way. Let’s say that you are a white male and your next-dorr neighbor is a black male. Other than your skin color, you two are basically the same. Do you feel that you are better than he is? OR, Do you feel that he needs an advantage so as to be able to perform as well as you do at work?
You can even flip the skin colors around or substitute gender for the racial aspect. Either way, a “yes” answer is indicative of racist beliefs.
We’ve never needed any sort of affirmative action. Even fifty years ago. The left will always want to keep the race issue on the table, but the truth is that if the race issue is taken off the tabel and forgotten…it will be forgotten. A perfect example is a job application form. What point does including one’s race serve? Why can’t the job be awarded based soley on merit? Why not remove ever consideration for race? The same should go for universities. See, I’m not the racist. My position is such that merit, not skin color, matters.

corrections: dorr = door
tabel = table
ever = every

Aubrey: Let’s say your neighbor isn’t allowed to vote, attend the same school, or drink from the same water fountain as you.
Is that a level playing field? Is that OK with you?

Ignorant people, traditions, and laws, which are anathema to the Declaration of Ind. and the Constitution, have nothing to do with ability. I don’t know much about the man, but I do know that Booker Washington was one who wanted to earn his own way - not to be handed life on a silver platter because he was black.
By saying that employers must hire a certain quota of minority people, whatever the demographic, is a racist or sexist idea. Why do women need a helping hand? There are more women graduating college than men. The idea that black men need an edge to be on the same level suggests that black men are not as able. That idea is absurd! Programs that focus on race serve to do two things: 1) provide the “lesser” group an excuse for mediocrity and exemtion of personal responsibility, and 2) to perpetuate racial tension.
February 12th, 2008 at 12:53 pm
Well, we know that Black Americans were making more progress before 1963 than after. However, that isn’t discussed. Racial barriers were falling prior to 1963 and while some people were helped by the government, more ended up dependent on government.
Lefthook, don’t confuse good intentions and short term results with longer term negatives. The Black community was actually hurt more than helped as people like Bill Cosby, and other Black leaders have pointed out by making them dependent on government.
Was there injustice, prejudice, oppression? Of course and a lot of it. But, that was being erroded and through the efforts of people like Dr. King, American people were changing their attitudes.
So, it was natural for them to seek “a government solution” but, as usual, like with Social Security, Medicare, the war on Drugs, the war on poverty, they sought solutions at the wrong level of government.

Obama the unknown socialist is both worrisome and fascinating. But what is more annoying to me is that there has now been two, maybe three generations of white americans to grow up scratching their heads about all these claims of racism and discrimination. I’m 50 and grew up in Georgia playing football and hanging out with blacks. The Jackson and Sharpton race pimps of the world have perpetuated this problem but the GOP has failed to “reach out” (God I hate that phrase). We had a wonderful black candidate for US Senate named Herman Cain who frightened the good ole boy core and was subsequently shunned. There has been an unwillingness on behalf of the GOP to tap into ROCK STARS like HERMAN. Conservatives and the country will pay the price for this.

Why is bb’s blatant sexism tolerated, but racism isn’t?
February 14th, 2008 at 7:17 am
David
What comment?
February 14th, 2008 at 8:25 am
bb can’t criticize a woman, especially Katie Couric, otherwise he is being sexist? David, you need to get out more.
February 14th, 2008 at 10:59 am
What sexism DOR? Hillary wears the pants in her family and is more of a man than Bill ever could be…just ask her girlfriends!
February 15th, 2008 at 2:16 pm
Hillary is likely no more racist than Obama is sexist.
But does anyone really want to test that theory?
