Kucinich: I Wouldn’t Assassinate Bin Laden

Dennis Kucinich, champion of the Department of Peace, wouldn’t assassinate Osama Bin Laden if he had the chance.

Do liberal Democrats back Kucinich on this idea?

“We’ve had air strikes all along the Pakistani border,” he told Charlie Rose. “We’ve killed lot of innocent villagers in this search for Osama din Landen. Where does it end? Do you nuke a country in order to get on person? … We cannot get into a kind of international vigilantism.”

The solution, Kucinich says, is to capture bin Laden and hold him to justice.

But what if he resists arrest? “Whatever happens, happens.”

There’s a reason Kucinich is polling almost at the bottom of the pack.

Yeah, he is as wacked as the guy polling at the bottom of the GOP pack…Paul and Kucinich would make a great ticket for that 1% of the population on the far side of either fringe.

I wonder what Bush would poll if he was running for anything?

  4. caroline says:

    John,
    You already know that: 25%.

I think lower if he was running against someone.

LOL! I’m sure bb would say he’d get 60% of the vote!
