Ooofa! Obama Raised $32 Million in January
170,00 new donors for a 35% increase in one month! Not sure what Hillary raised in January.
NYT: Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama raised $32 million in the single month of January, matching his best three-month period last year, aides said Thursday.
The money positions Obama for the sweeping Feb. 5 primary contests, when 22 states will be in play for the Democratic nomination. Aides also announced that with their money they can now advertise in states beyond the Super Tuesday contest next week.
Obama is advertising in all but two of the Feb. 5 states and plans to begin advertising in states with upcoming contests, including Louisiana, Washington, Nebraska, Maine, Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C.
Campaign manager David Plouffe said the campaign attracted 170,000 new donors for a total of 650,000 donors overall.
”We think that the strength of our financial position and the number of donors does speak to financial sustainability if it ends up going through March and April,” Plouffe said of the race. ”We think we will have the financial resources to conduct vigorous campaigns in the states to come.”

I think the “power” in the Democratic party, at least for now, is moving toward Obama. He can make a dumb statement but I doubt he will release a “John Dean scream” that really blows him out of the water.
What is it that voters don’t like about Hillary? Is it that some don’t like Bill? Is it that some think she should have dumped Bill after what he did? Or is it that Obama is just a better communicator?
She does still have the “majority” in polls, doesn’t she? Will that laat?

I googled “ooofa” which led me to a sick video of a fat Canadian woman who exposed herself.

Actually, it is usually spelled with a “d” in it where I came from.
quote from Urban Dictionary
An expression of exhaustion or overwhelm, especially used by those of Norwegian descent; see ‘uffda’.
1. An expression of sensual overload, often used when coming in from the cold and sitting down.
2. An exclamation of pity for someone else’s situation.
“Did you hear? Her dad got cancer.”
“Oofda!”
It’s pretty common in some of the Northern states where Norwegians settled, eh?
“Did you hear? John McCain won the Florida primary.”
“Oofda”

LeftHook, you really should read Duke’s website for several days and ponder the articles. You will find very impressive writings by many different bright and knowledgeable folks. I’ve learned over time that when someone is attacked by the MSM, they often are on the correct track!
But, PS. I have many sources, not just Dr. Duke.
