What Country do you live in? In THIS Country, peolpe are presumed innocent until proved otherwise.
This could very well be true. However, NO charges were ever filed and this man was never convicted of anything.
Is it fair to call him “molester” as you did in the title of this post? I don’t think so. In fact, it goes against the spirit and fabric of our justice syetem.
If this guy is guilty, sooner or later the truth will come out. For now, it appears he denies the claims and there’s been NO proof offered to contradict his assertion. Calling him despicable names is below even you.

This is a psychological disorder with no cure. It is irresponsible for Rudy to have this guy working around anyone with children bottom line.
As I said when the Foley story broke we would find other victims. I blame the leaders in Washington for putting up and covering for molesters like Foley, Frank, Craig……

In your marxist/leninist mind, all it takes is an accusation to make it true.
1. Please provide PROOF this man molested ANYONE.
2. When you fail to answer the mail on #1, please print an apology to both Mr. Placa, Mayor Giuliani, and every other Americam who BELIEVES, as I do, that our system of justice presumes innocence.
3. As you won’t be able to answer the mail on #1, and you haven’t got the courage to apologize (#2), please admit your a socialist through and through who believes the answer to ALL problems lies in MORE government and as much redistribution of wealth as possible. After all, that’s the socialist credo.
4. Finally, please admit you have nothing but disdain for our Constitution and the bill of rights contained therein. This is obvious as you have already convicted this man AND besmirched Mayor Giuliani. So now you believe in “guilt by association” as well?

THE FACTS
The monsignor was closely associated with several Central Massachusetts priests who were at the center of a clergy sex abuse scandal in the 1990s.
At least three lawsuits were filed by area residents who said they were assaulted as boys by priests at the Whitinsville facility. The accused priests included colleagues of Monsignor Placa, one of whom was the Rev. Thomas A. Kane, former pastor of St. Mary Church in Uxbridge.
That suit was settled for less than $50,000 and included a non-disclosure provision. Mr. Barry has not spoken publicly about the case since.
David Lewcon, 53, of Northbridge, who worked at the center in the 1970s as a painter and wallpaperer helping his father, a contractor, renovate the 1898 building, has accused Rev. Kane of sexually assaulting him. Mr. Lewcon settled what he described as a “six-figure” lawsuit with the Worcester Diocese in which he alleged he was sexually assaulted as a minor by the Rev. Thomas H. Teczar at St. Mary in Uxbridge.
Mr. Lewcon described the House of Affirmation as a breeding ground for sexual predators.
“It was presented as a retreat for vocational redirection,” said Mr. Lewcon, a publisher of speciality magazines. “What we have found out since, and what it has been called in the Blackstone Valley by people who really know what went on there, is that it was a pedophile boot camp.”
Monsignor Placa’s involvement with the Whitinsville facility drew additional attention after the release of a 2003 report from a Suffolk County, N.Y., grand jury that accuses him of molesting young boys and, in his role as a lawyer, helping to cover up sex abuse by other priests.
He was referred to as “Priest F” in the grand jury’s lengthy investigative report, which quotes a letter he wrote to colleagues in which he touted his track record of settling multimillion dollar clergy sex abuse claims for “sums ranging from $20,000 to $100,000.” The 180-page report was written after more than 30 priests and more than 40 victims of abuse testified.
The report notes that no indictments were issued because the alleged crimes had occurred more than five years previously and could not be prosecuted because the statute of limitations had expired.

I suggest you go and re-read the Bill of Rights, assuming you’ve ACTUALLY read them once. This man was neither charged nor convicted of ANYTHING JOHN!
He’s simply a U.S. citizen JUST LIKE YOU. Perhaps if we started calling YOU a child molester you’d understand. This is nothing but unsubstantiated crap. There isn’t even the tiniest piece of actual PROOF this man did anything.

Here’s my prediction: Mike Huckabee will be exposed as a sexual predator of children. Huckabee has that creepy child molester vibe about him. Huckabee is the kind of friendly neighborhood uncle who would encourage all the little boys to come to his house for ice cream and video games after school. He is really scary.
