Will McCain Pick Lieberman for VP?

Lieberman to endorse McCain

Politico-Sen. Joseph Lieberman (Conn.), who was on the national Democratic ticket in 2000, will cross the aisle to endorse Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) tomorrow, Republican sources said.

The two will appear together on NBC’s “Today” show tomorrow, then at an 8 a.m. town hall meeting in Hillsborough, N.H. They will talk with reporters after the meeting.

Lieberman is really “not crossing anything”. Both Lieberman and McCain are committed Neo-Cons! Party affiliations mean nothing to them. It’s power, globalism, etc. They don’t believe in the concept of America or of sovereign nations!

  2. Hugh says:

Forgot to add that in my opinion, both Lieberman and McCain are TRAITORS to the United States!

Lie-berman is one of these “in your face” elitists. And as you may remember my first choice for CT would have been Alan Schlesinger (who was sold down the river by the neocons). Second choice would have been Lamont. But of course I was just a bystander with the CT senate race. Does McCain think Lie-berman will help him with Republicans? I think he should listen to his mother more often.

    Bill,
It will probably help McCain with the neocons like Hugh said.

    I agree

Now McCain is a neocon…? How do you people attach this ever-broadening label?

McCain voted against Bush tax cuts.

McCain fought Bush on justice appointments forming the infamous ‘gang of 14′ to take control of the senate during debate over critical appts.

McCain along with far left wackjob Feingold gave us one of the worst pieces of legislation in history.

I fail to see how McCain could be a ‘neocon’ in the same manner as Bush. You folks need to come up with new perjorative terms.
