What should be the penalty?
FOX-20-year-old Syracuse woman who left children in her care to go pose for nude photos is facing several charges of endangering the welfare of a child.
Police say Michelle Rendino was supposed to be watching four young girls Wednesday when she left them alone and went into the woods near Syracuse’s Inner Harbor to have a man take nude photos of her.
A man fishing saw the children crying and called police. When police arrived, the oldest girl — a 6-year-old — told police that “Aunt Michelle” went into the woods to take “nasty pictures.”
Rendino says she asked the man to take nude photos of her so she could get back at her ex-boyfriend.
The children were returned safely to their mother.
I guess the penalty is what the law says it is for endangering the welfare of a child. This chick should just be glad that nothing happened. With the oldest child being only 6, it makes me shudder to think what could have happened.

If the pictures show up on the internet it might help to decide these things.

ps. Only now joking about this as all turned out well. It was reprehensible what the young woman did.
I agree that posing nude should be a priority, but let’s be reasonable.

This is a story that impacts every facet of our society. The woods, the nipples…I’ve been saying it for years now, it’s only a matter of time before these problems we willfully ignore manage to swallow our republic whole.
Is there any reason why the clothes this woman was (not) wearing has any bearing whatsoever on the story?

Frankly I’m not concerned with what kind of clothes she was wearing. I’m not that shallow. I’m more concerned with what’s underneath.
