Zogby won’t duplicate Obama poll
Fair is not fair?
POLITICO-Pollster John Zogby has rejected a conservative commentator’s offer to sponsor a poll to test the knowledge of people who voted for John McCain.
The commentator was proposing to mirror a poll of Obama voters that caused a political uproar when it suggested that Obama supporters didn’t know what they were voting for.
John Ziegler, a Burbank-based documentary filmmaker, had commissioned the poll of 512 Obama voters. The results delighted the right and inflamed the left, drawing widespread coverage on the Web, cable news and radio.
Zogby International said in its summary of the results: “Just 2 percent of voters who supported Barack Obama on Election Day obtained perfect or near-perfect scores on a post-election test which gauged their knowledge of statements and scandals associated with the presidential tickets during the campaign, a new Zogby International telephone poll shows.”
Ziegler posted the results and a video of Obama voter interviews at HowObamaGotElected.com.
Zeigler was paid to make Democrats look bad. Polling McCain supporters would violate that contract.
(For example: Imagine if they polled Caroline about which issues were important to her—a strong Hillary supporter—and then, after going through that list, she said she voted for McCain, who supports NONE of them! That would not be very flattering for McCain supporters!)

Obama supports none of those issues either. That’s something that you continually ignore. He’s a spineless corrupt politician who has always ridden on the backs of others. Even now he can’t show any leadership. Expect him to continually hide out in the Rose Garden.
The only thing they disagreed about was whether to require mandates in their new healthcare plan!

If somebody wants to poll McCain voters, then hire another polling firm…there are way too many out there.
I would love to see the results because I am quite sure McCain voters would score much higher than the ignorant idiots who voted for Obamarixist.

No they disagreed on a lot more than that. Obama lied about getting the troops out of Iraq to pander to people like you. He also lied about his economic plans to people like you. He’s lied continually to people like you to get you to support him. When the kool aid wears off you’ll see how you’ve been played. As a matter of fact, many of your fellow travelers seem to already have their kool aid wearing off. He’s a snake oil salesman who has no core values.

Look caroline, I have zero faith in politicians. So, I won’t be terribly disappointed in Obama no matter what. I don’t expect much out of him.
And please be real. Does someone need to come out and actually address “bros before ho’s” or “Palin is a c*nt” slogans? They’re wrong, and only a childish teenager would need to be reminded of this.

Let’s get back to the issue and face reality: America voted against GOPers.
Eight years of the worst administration in history, backed for six of those years by the most fiscally irresponsible congress we’ve ever had was too much.
Capt #13 is right, but you also need to understand that this transition is showing up as a Clinton III term. Therefore, why is anyone surprised at the womanizing?

You totally discount 50 years of incredible deficit spending and political BS that convinced everyone debt is really wealth. That ploy was only for the elites to cover their extravagant spending asses. Well, now you will get the ultra-liberal Dem machine to start spending even more money that the nation does not have. But hey, they will simply follow your cue and blame it all on President Bush. That’s par for the course.
The $10 trillion loss of wealth was never really there to begin with. It was all hyped up indebtedness disguised as wealth.
If anyone cares about the future, I think you should go out and find independent candidates for congress that can get elected in 2010 and start bringing this phony two party power game of partisanship to an end. There is NO OTHER SOLUTION!

It took six years to clean up Ronald Reagan & George the Sane’s 12 years of record-breaking fiscal irresponsibility.
I know Democrats work miracles, but at least give Mr Obama a chance to unpack before blaming him for something he hasn’t done.
